The first versions of Jane for needles has a loom term "HS1". Helen translates this as follows:

HS1 translates to “half stitch one” on the looms which I interpreted as a (k1pw) knit one with the needles in a purl wise position so that the yarn goes on the other side of the knit stitch rather than the side it would fall on if you knit the stitch in the usual way.

HS (half stitch) was a loom knit term, left in by error. Version 1 may also have "peg" instead of  "stitch". I hope this clarifies these errors.

Version 4 of Jane's Shawl for Needles is a complete pattern, with photos, needle size, etc. and dose not need you to refer to the Loom pattern for this information.
