Loom Knit Shawls Vol. II and a drawing

I delighted to say that Loom Knit Shawls Vol. II: Colorwork, Shapes and Lace is officially here. $12.00 US
To celebrate, I'm having a drawing for prizes on April 1st, 2013. If you purchase any of my e-books during March, you will automatically be entered into the drawing. There will be pattern coupons, loom knitting goodies, and the grand prize, a Janet Basket Eco Bag.
This is the best bag for loom knitting that I've found. It is deep, with a frame at the top that opens wide to hold looms:

It even holds the CinDwood 36" Universal S loom. Plus it has pockets inside large enough to hold a big center pull cake of yarn, and lots of smaller pockets for all your other tools.
I hope you enjoy the new patterns. Please let me know what you think, and good luck in the drawing.

  2. Oh My Goodness. Renee, you know I am a huge fan of yours, and have just placed my order for this latest book of yours to add to my collection.
I'm going to open the files right away, decide WHICH amazing project to start on and hope I have enough yarn in my stash to go ahead.
Each piece is so different than the one before it and equally beautiful. Wow!
    All the best,
    Karen

  7. Hello,

I just purchased the shawl ebook. One question....I am working on the afternoon shawl. Does the slip stitch count as peg number one?

    Thank you

    1. Hi Daphne,
S1 means skip one peg - the first peg in the row. Your next stitch is worked on the second peg in the row.

    2. One more question....I am at the point on the shawl that I have 24 pegs cast on. The next row says s1, p22, k to last 2 pegs, p2, m1. My question is do I have enough sts to work the next row?
