A Morning with Martha

A few weeks ago I had a very special morning outing. I went to Google to watch one of a series of author's interviews. This was with Martha Stewart. Since I rarely go out at all, the combination of Martha and being at Google was a pretty big day.
First I had to get all my security passes and be allowed into Google. Google was filled with mostly young people who have something electronic in one hand, and food in the other. I had hoped my electric chair might be "cool" enough, but I think I need to have an ipad stand attached for real pizazz ☺ I watched a wonderful interview with Martha. She was asked all about her life, her new book, and her views on all things Google. She looked just lovely in person. After the interview, 200 people were given a certificate from under their chair for a free copy of Martha's new book, "Entertaining". Since I had brought my own chair, some nice Google employees found an empty chair nearby and gave me the certificate. Martha signed all the books, and was very charming and gracious. It was such a delightful morning! I could do this all the time. I you are all have a nice adventure now and then, too.
